By having a completed form this will alert our Matchmakers that you are interested in being considered as a match with a compatible Client.  If and when your match qualities align with one of our clients,  we are happy to introduce you to  them!

*Please note there is a one time administrative fee of $450 due upon date scheduling to cover costs such as  onboarding, background check, date coordination, date feedback for this date and all future dates. It also serves as a committment fee so that everyone is invested in the process.
